What service is the flat rate shipping through?
   Our flat rate shipping is through USPS.

We are tax exempt how do I get taxes removed from the order.
   You would need to contact customer service and provide your tax exempt form, once this is received it would remove taxes for any future orders placed.
  

Can we use our UPS or Fed Ex account #?
    Yes, customer service would need to be contacted prior to order being placed to use your account number.

Do I need to download the Shop App for my tracking number?
   No, the tracking information will be uploaded to your order once available and sent to the email address provided.

Do you sell Gates, Jason, Dayco, or other OEM brands?
   No, we do not. We are an aftermarket distributor meaning we will sell the industry standard to the OEM. 

What is route protection?
  Route Protection is a optional package insurance provided by a 3rd party.  This would cover lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship FedEx or UPS?
      We ship ground, 3 day select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air will ship through UPS.

What is the cutoff time for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air?  
       Our cut off time for expedited shipping options will be 2:30 pm Central Time. Expedited orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. 

What happens when my order is sent back due to "insufficient address, incorrect address, or unable to forward."
      We have the following options: 
           - Reship the package for the reship fee of $6.99. The shipping address will need to be verified and updated before the reship.
           - May receive a refund on the product ordered. A refund will not be issued on the shipping.
