I always enjoy dealing with VBELT Guys. The staff always are superb persons to deal with, when ordering.
only problem I have is when they send the wrong belt, I have to pay for them to ship the correct one and pay to return the wrong one.
This time, it cost $19.00 to ship it to me!
I shipped the wrong belt back for $6.00! Then had to pay another $19.00 to get the correct belt!
Yes, I realize shipping can be expensive, however my company ships items daily using a company called Pirate ship to purchase our labels from.
Anyhow, I like doing business with you folks over the years, however I do not like to pay for your mistakes. Especially when it cost a total of $44.00 to correct your mistake and get the correct item.
