Unable to find belts locally, or repair shops not helpful saying its too old, buy a new snowblower, I found the V-Belt Guys site on the internet. I took a chance and called the telephone number listed and was surprised a person picked up the phone and talked to me wanting to help me out. She was pleasant, did not rush me, and looked up all the cross-references for the belts I needed. She even confirmed my needs with a worker in the shop who suggested I order two different kinds of belts and try them both (since my old belt measured bigger than the specified belt - probably because of age and stretching.) Well, it turned out to be good advice and I got the snowblower working better than new! I am completely satisfied with both the great service over the phone and the quality of the belts.
