I ordered three small belts for my wife's walking pad so I'd have extras just in case. I was sent one correct one and two incorrect ones. The correct one went on fine but shredded due to my mistake in alignment of the belt. Discovered the incorrectly sized belts when I tore down the walking pad to put on another. ContactedV Belt Guys and they didn't have any more correct belts in stock to send me the two owed me. Refunded the purchase price which was settled the issue. Lost one star because of the issues and not having more in stock.
