They replied very promptly to emails. They were extremely helpful. The belt I ordered was delivered to me ridiculously quickly - a couple of working days! There was constant Tracking Information. The whole process was completed far more quickly and CONSIDERABLY less expensively than I had been quoted for supply by a mower dealer here in the UK. The belt fitted perfectly and so far (after a week of use) has given no cause for concern. Although they are several thousand miles away from me on another continent, I will most certainly use V Belt Guys the next time I require any V belts.
