The person that help me was very knowledgeable. I needed a belt for my wood lathe. There was a problem with the shipping from the post office side. A representative of V- Belt took care of the shipping issue. I could not ask for more or better customer service. Great company. Highly recommend them.

This was my first time ordering and needed belts for my lathe not an engine. The person who spoke to me took all the time needed to be sure I received the correct belts. He also took the time to clearly explain the return policies and double checked all of my shipping information.
