Its not here yet

It was ordered, I think on the 18Th Sept.(?) Fedx picked it up from you 9/20/23. It arrived the evening of 9/21/23 in Nashville, TN, (I live in middle TN). From there Fedex shipped it to North Salt Lake city, UT!!
Today 9/29/23 it has made it all the way back to Lenexa, KS.
Efficiency like this ought to win a prize for Fedex. Would you agree?!
