We had purchased from V-Belt Guys the last time we needed a replacement belt for our lawn tractor. The prices are the best we've been able to find. When we received this purchase we noticed the belt wasn't quite what we were expecting and fit tighter than intended, but we hoped time and use would loosen things up a bit. The belt ended up snapping on the first time out. We contacted the V-Belt Guys and they got us a replacement belt from a different warehouse which ended up fitting and working perfectly. I really appreciate that they did what they could to make it right for us. Will continue to shop with them in the future.
