You sent me the wrong belt you say that I ordered five eights I ordered half-inch the lady on the phone just doesn’t know what she’s doing I talked with her for 45 minutes on the phone discussing these belts you sent me a belt that was a 12 x 30. At least that’s what it said on the belt. The belt wasn’t even 12 inches long. I had to send that one back then you sent me another one which was the wrong size so right length but wrong size I will not do business with you anymore. Thank you.

I’ve been asking for a refund to return since before it got shipped. One response said they couldn’t cancel since it already got shipped, I am still trying to get a refund and return.
