You're online product info is several levels above everyone elses. For instance, for me I had to know that it was exactly what I needed because in my, case I can't return it. The belt I orderd from you is a back-up belt and wont be needed until the next breakdown which might be two years from now and when oredering online, I can't afford to wait several days for shipping. But, you provided all the important info plus much more including a pic of it being an octagon with the fiber strand count. It mentioned my exact brand and model of my particular mower. So, thankyou for your competence and diligence.- Danny
