Belt length was OK. Ordered a "matched set" didn't get that. With time, the short belt will transmit the load perhaps until the tight belt wears some to allow the loose belt to accept more of the load. See photo. The tight belt is carrying the load while the belt that is 1/2 inch deflected is not effectively carryiing any of the belt load.
