I ordered wrong belt and called and talked to a lady who was very helpful and I ordered the right belt and it was on the way normally you end up talking to some one who isn't aware of your needs this lady was very knowledgeable and solved my problem. Will use them again,

Received belt on 7-20-23. Belt worked great! Then, on 8-2-23, while mowing my lawn, I smelled a slight burning. I perceived it was the belt. I should have stopped and inspected, but did not. In a very short space of time, belt came off. There was damage to the belt. Upon inspection, I discovered the damage was caused by my own carelessness. I had used a short thin rope to temporarily secure a piece of plastic over my gas tank cap (someone had stolen my gas cap). I forget to completely remove the rope when I placed the new cap. Rope worked its way and entangled into the pulley. You know 'the rest of the story'.
Re-ordering today. Awaiting my 10% discount.
