incorrect order

I ordered three different sizes of belts for an Encore Z 34 mower. Provided Encore’s part number and was shipped three belts but two were the same size. Called customer service and was told that I would have to ship one of the belts back at my expense in order to receive the correct belt.
This sounds like it was my mistake. I’m sorry.. I didn’t pull the order. I will just keep the belt and get the correct one locally.
