I called and ordered a deck belt for my Exmark 52” mower however what I received about 5 days later was a belt about half as long as I needed. My invoice clearly stated deck belt. I called and was helped by a very knowledgeable representative that quickly corrected the problem and had my new belt on its way. I have installed the new belt and it is working fine. I will also add that the belt was reasonably priced. I will use V-Belts again in the future if I need another belt.

Belt came just as described. Fits my Exmark mower deck, at 1/3 the cost of a belt from the Exmark dealer.
