Customer service was wonderful however the forward belt listed as the replacement belt for my Husqvarna tiller was too larger upon arrival. I contacted customer service and spoke with Max who was supper helpful and instructed me to measure the belt that came off of the tiller. It measured to be a half size and he shipped out another belt promptly at no charge. However that belt was one size to small. If you own a Husqvarna FT900 tiller it needs a 41" belt a 40" turns the tines as soon as the machine is cranked and the 42" that was sent as the replacement originally has too much slack and the machine does not have adjustments it has to be the proper size.
