This is my experience:
Ordered 2 belts for lawn tractor one to use and one for the shelf.
Received in expected time but sent the wrong one. Apparently something having to do w my tractor having wrong info in their database. I researched and got a call back to acknowledge and send me the correct one. I received on the expected time frame again. Installed and all good. The problem was a wasted my time initially installing a belt that didn't fit. Then wasted more time having to find out my correct one on my own. Then wasted more time negotiating the reship of the new one ( at no cost at the least). At the end I got the correct belt installed but will never get my wasted time back. Good quality belts tho. Thanks.
