Received the wrong size belt even after entering the model #

Got good, helpful, and friendly service from the sales team.
Needed to add a belt to the order, worked out fine even though the time gap.
Only complaint is the use of USPS.
Took 10 days and Danish Postal Service fee plus, taxes on top.
When buying from Amazon it takes two days and only taxes. They use UPS.
