I ordered a 87 inch belt and was sent a 37 inch belt. I believe it was misread at your end. I had to pay for its return. Why was I penalized for your error? Yes, I received a partial return for the wrong belt. But does this compensate me for the upset and delay in getting the correct belt?

You need to stop using USPS. They're slow and not reliable. You're trusting your business to them and they're failing.
