Had an issue with first belt immediate sent a replacement and works great.

Sometimes things happen outside of one's control (i.e., bad belt brakes) but it is customer service that makes the difference.
Once they found out the blet was bad (broke) they went into action with a new one sent right away. BTW, new belt is fine and works well.

The belt was much shorter than I expected. It was almost impossible to install on my mower deck.

Excellent customer service! My belt came quickly but was 2" shorter than spec. I contacted V-Belts and they shipped me a longer one immediately! And their price couldn't be beat.
