Great Product, received quick and great fit

Searched for Gates (made in USA) timing belt and arrived at V-Belt Guys page for this product. Orderd Gates product and received confirmation for a Gates product, but seller shipped a generic made in China substitute. Tried to return, but seller expected me to pay return shipping which was more than the selling price. Seller explained that their website states, in the fine print, that the brand name is provided for their substitute. Classic bait and switch tactic.
