When I called and asked what length I needed since there was no markings on my old belt and the belt was torn, the person said to lay it out flat and measure it. I did and that was what she ordered for me. When I received the belts they were too short. I glued my old belt and measured the out side diameter ant it was 2” larger than what I ordered. So I called to order the correct size belts. I had to pay to return the other belts which cost me $12. I don’t think that I should have had to pay return shipping since they told me to measure the belt while laying flat. That was wrong. I have had great service from the v belt guys in the past but this misinformation they gave me to measure the belt and had to pay return shipping is the reason I give it 2 stars.
