I have a 2002 Country Clipper JaZee 48 in mower with joystick control and the original deck belt lasted 10 years, I replaced that belt and it lasted 9 years so I ordered a replacement from the VBelt Guys and I ordered what I thought was the one for my mower but the one I received was too long and there are a lot of variations of the JaZee over the past 20 years so I may have ordered the wrong one by mistake so I removed the cracked and stretched one and for some nomenclature Info and I emailed the VBelt guys and explained my issue and gave them the info I got from the old belt and a few days later they emailed me letting me know the correct belt was on it’s way to my home and no charges or return was necessary. I just wish everybody in business that I deal with were as willing to insure I’m a happy customer as the VBelt Guys are. The belt is on and perfect match. He lives on a 5 acre lot and would love to be able to cut his own yard but can’t control any riding mowers he has tried so I rode my JaZee over to his house a few weeks ago and after a demo of all the features he was able to cut his entire property and fell in love with the mower and is now buying a new one from a dealer here. The belt started slipping while he was finishing up his yard but he was already sold on the joystick. Thanks for the best service I can remember from any business and I’m 73 years old.
