I purchased new a bissel carpet cleaner.
Within the first 6 months the brush drive belt broke which was replaced under warranty .
When it broke a second time in about 6 months.
The spare part belt was costing over NZ$20.00
When I found out that I could get 5 belts shipped to New Zealand by the V-Belt guys for NZ$32.06 I made an order.
As I decided if the belts break frequently it would be best to have replacements on hand.
I then ordered the genuine part to get me up and running.
After a week of waiting for the genuine part I contacted the shop to be told that the part was coming from Australia.
The Belts arrived from the V-Belt Guys in the USA before the genuine part arrived from Australia.
