The belt we ordered for our old Toro Wheel Horse mower turned out to be too short and was in no condition to return after trying to put it on. I called V-Belt Guys and talked with Chelsea. She was so nice and helpful AND sent us the correct size at not charge!! My husband is now happily back on his riding mower :)
