I could not be happier with the customer service that I received from V Belt Guys on my very first purchase from them. Based on that experience, I plan to purchase all v belts from them in the future. Most importantly, the price was unbeatable. In my opinion, their post-sale follow-up is the gold-standard by which the online sales industry should be evaluated. In addition to the initial emailed sales confirmation, I also received emails along the way, providing notification of anticipated delivery date; on the day of delivery; and upon delivery. Even more amazing, they recognized that my purchase might be sales tax exempt. So, after the sale, they notified me to email the appropriate documents and they would REFUND the previously invoiced sales tax. OUTSTANDING! I’ve never had that happen before. My experience with other sellers is, at best, they will honor sales tax exemption only if documents are provided before the sale. Keep up the good work, V Belt Guys.
