blades turn now

The blades do turn, but they don't stop at this point. The original specs called for a 74 1/2 inch belt. Most places, including MTD, now have 74 inches and this belt is 74. But the consequence of that is that the blades never fully stop turn when disengaged. Hopefully this will be mitgated over time and wear but while I can mow, I cannot yet disengage the blades.
