I was expecting a Gates brand belt. The description seemed clear to me: "7565 GATES Cogged Replacement V-Belt". I received a "store-brand" belt. I can say that it arrived on time and was packaged well. Price including shipping was reasonable. I was told that I could return it for a refund (excluding shipping charges). But doing so, I would be spending more than the belt was worth. I decided it was easier and more economical to throw it away. And that's just what I did.
