The belt is NOT the right belt. It rides too high in the clutch sheaves. When tracks is elevated running , I hit the brake, the engine kills. I should've known better. Not worth my time to go thru headache of mailing it back for $40 (probably a credit.) Lesson learned. My two other Polaris belts work fine on it. Buy POLARIS !

Just popped it on. Feels flimsy and weaker than my Polaris belt. However, I COULD buy 2 for the price of a Polaris belt so we'll have to see. When I wrote the V-Belt guys about the "Warranty", I got an answer that was very evasive. "It all depends on each belt" they replied. Thats an answer I don't like. Who would ?

The warranty on our belts does vary by situation, for instance a belt on a fan application is expected to last a very long time. A belt on a rock crusher or stump grinder is not expected to last as long so that is the reason our response is it depends on the application. I would say that we do tend to take the customers side more often than not.
